TMAconvert

TMAconvert is the GUI (Graphical User Interface) for the console utility "convert" of eHiTS (SimBioSys). TMAconvert includes also the TMA to PDB converter written by me. This converter is suitable when user wants to convert the molecule that has more than 999 atoms.

Prekin v6.50 NOGUI for Windows

Prekin (The Richardson laboratory, Duke University) prepares molecular kinemages  from PDB-format coordinate files. Here I placed the Prekin NoGUI binary.
