TMAconvert
TMAconvert
TMAconvert is the GUI (Graphical User Interface) for the console utility "convert" of eHiTS (SimBioSys). TMAconvert includes also the TMA to PDB converter written by me. This converter is suitable when user wants to convert the molecule that has more than 999 atoms.
The QT should be installed on the computer to run TMAconvert. If you don’t have installed QT and do not want to do it then download the additional package from this page. And don't forget to download documentation.
For Windows: TMAconvert_v1.0002( ), additional package( ).
For Linux 32-bit: TMAconvert_v1.0003( ), additional package( ). (It was tested and worked on Kubuntu and Mandriva 2007 installed on 32-bit machines.)
For Linux 64-bit: TMAconvert_v1.0003( ), additional package( ). (It was tested and worked on openSUSE and Mandriva 2007 installed on 64-bit machines.)

Known bugs in TMAconvert v1.0003(2):
- The TMA to PDB converter does not convert properly Hydrogens added by eHiTS.
- The sdf file could not be selected.
