Prekin v6.50 NOGUI for Windows
Prekin (The Richardson laboratory, Duke University) prepares molecular kinemages from PDB-format coordinate files. Here I placed the Prekin NoGUI binary compiled by me using CygWin as I could not compile it for windows in ordinary way and such a binary was not distributed at the Prekin web site. Refer to The Richardson laboratory web site for the programs useful in molecular docking.
